Introduced in 1983 for the 1984 model, the Dodge Caravan is a mini van produced by DaimlerChrysler along with its sister model Plymouth Voyager or Chrysler Voyager. Before the Renault Espace, the Chrysler twins were launched, making them the first of their kind. Marked in 2004 was the twentieth anniversary with the anniversary edition SXT Caravan. There were three trim levels on the first generation caravan – the base, mainstream Se and upscale LE.
